yea thanks...i dunno if they're ceramic...and actauly yes i noticed that my car acceleration improved...not amazingly alot but enought to beat some car out here...like before i got my stuff i used to lose to a Scion TC...but now on mid 2nd i pull on them slowly ^_^..not bad improvement for 400$ lol yea i got my stuff hooked up for cheap lol
