Nice place. When I saw the first picture... I was dissapointed because I didn't see a garage. But now it's good. You definately need new cabinets.

p.s. you lucky sob!!! 50k?!? prices here in saskatoon (for what you have) start at 200K. Hell. I could put down 40% of your mortgage, and pay the rest off in 3 years. I'm so jealous.

haha yep I put down 15% and it's gonna be paid off in a few years. I'll make double what my payments are suposed to be. Around $350 a month so I'll pay around $700 which is STILL cheeper than renting an appartment. Plus I got the 10% back from the "new home buyers stimilus package" So I got 5 G's back on my taxes that im putting towards fixing it up. At least some thing good came out of this economy. Otherwise this house would have been around the 130K range.

haha yea. It's a lot more work than I thought it would be, but your right it will be all the more worth it. The poeple at Lowes and ACE hardware know me by first name now. lol!
