The subi must be so fun to drive in the winter. I was thinking yesterday about selling the civic and buying a new subaru. Mabeya couple years down the road. Eather that or a BMW.

 

DOH! too bad I already have a buyer for the springs! they're getting shipped out tomorrow

Ahh! I didnt know you were letting them go.I just sold the TC wheels so I have some extra cash laying round. I would havesnatched those up.The subie is dying for some stiff suspension. I just dont want to spend afortune.

The tires are great. In the few small snowfalls we have had the blizzaks have handled them no sweat. The set up is amazing compared to driving my mom's awd VW thats on all seasons. With the subaru I actually have to try to get her to break loose and slide the corners and unsuspecting parking lots. Lets just say if we get this big snowfall its going to be a winter playground.

Mill the subaru is a blast in winter. Around here you can pick up an early 90's awd impreza in fair shape for under $3000. If you got the extra money I recommend it.

^^ No thanks. From certain angles it looks cool but overall I am not a big fan of it.

And civicexracer a carbon trunk lid would be awesome. but I dont have $500 burning a whole in my pocket. Suspension comes way before looks. By the way I signed up for an autocross novice class. Supossely you get as much seat time in one day as you normally would in a whole season of events. Cant wait!
