Yay for radio!!!1!11!!!1 I don't really have... a lot of money right now, but I already have a deck picked out. An alpine deck installed for 180$, it would have cost 240$ but I know a guy who knows a guy... lol. Thats the first thing I plan do to. I also need two back tires for this beast, they look a bit weathered so they should be replaced soon. I had it inspected at the toyota dealer and they couldn't find a single problem with it. It's such a change from my Civic CX though... lol from 35 mpg to... 16ish. And actually, I pulled out a Civic yesterday. The guy was in an alley stuck in a foot of snow. 4x4 is fun

Ill keep my gas mileage thanks
Ill keep my gas mileage thanks
one for best MPG and one for power.
hell i got a vehicle for just about everything.LOL
66impala, raw horse power
93 truck, work pig
94civic, winter beater
99civic, my baby
o ya a 77 chevy fullsize school bus, a storage bus
also i got a semi trailer for storage as well. LOL
if i ever get my civic stuck in the snow ill just ratchet strap it out as long as there is something to tie onto.lol
I miss my civic, but this better suits my needs. I bought my civic when I was in highschool, and when my job involved driving. I don't necessarily mind the extra $$ at the pumps every time I fill up. But I can't really haul/tow/move things in a civic.
*project idea: civic truck conversion?!?*
I have also been considering starting my own "Truck for hire" small business (more tax breaks, and I can deduct thetruck, a percentage ofgas and plates off my taxes). But I'm still unsure if I want to do it yet. And I have more uses for a truck than I do for a Civic. My civic was basically only good for gas mileage. I have more than one use for my truck.
Plus... I get more respect on the road in a Tacoma than a tiny Civic.
"hmm, I think I'll cut off this civic, whats he gonna do... honk at me?"
or...
"Aw hell. If I pull in front of this guy, he'll run me over"
Nothing says "Get the hell out of my way" better than an truck.
