They're not for everyone, and require fine tuning.

 

They arent that hard to put on...cut ain intake manifold for your engine at the runners before the injectors and use rubber hose (how GSX-r ITBs are attached from the factory) to hold the itbs to the bottom half of your intake mani. Tuning is pretty difficult with them and for about the same price you can have a more reliable and more powerful turbo setup. Still, they are awesome for track cars and sound amazing

kokasian hit it pretty much right, unless you want something all motor, they're kind of impractical for most people in terms of performance for the buck.
