I like everything but the taillights. With a few mods that car could be sweet.

Looks a little weird from behind, but pretty fresh.

he's right. it's definitely not comin' here.

american's stay away from hatchbackss like the cooties.

honda's previous civic si was the only car in honda's history to go straight to incentives.

too bad, too, because i love hatchbacks.

i wanted to buy the previous si so badly, and even test drove it three times, but the car had nervous handling.

I think its a shame your coupe SI doesnt have the features that the UK hatch has, glass front with recessed badge, wiperless rear window (glass coated in rain repellent substance), glass roof, twin triangular exhausts, hidden rear door handles, engine start button, after all these are the features that make the car and put it miles ahead of the competition. The uk civic looks exactly the same as its concept pictures which is a good thing, it instantly dates everything on the road and is the reason why many european and japanese car companies have had to go back to the drawing board with there new designs as they look old next to the UK civic, it is important to push back the boundaries to create something fresh and honda have had the ***** to do it over here in the uk.
I have also seen a video for the new usdm si and they were raving about the new 197bhp I VTEC engine, we have had this engine in our production civic type-r's for 5 years.

Last time I was in the UK that's just about all I saw...hatchbacks to the left, hatchbacks to the right, hatchbacks EVERYWHERE!!! I grew to like them the more I saw of them!!!! drbyers, you'd prolly love it over there...'xcept for the whole driving backwards thing!

+1 The hatch is cool in its own way, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the coupe.. but then again maybe I'm just partial to coupes
