Drill 4 holes....stick on headrest support rods....
Please dear god cut the drivers side short before you get in an accident and cut your self baddly. Don't let a passenger ride either, unless they are in the back seat.
Look at the attached. A piece of hard wood (cherry, mahogany, etc) would be cheap...a piece of aluminum would be better. Small enough not to cut your head off and could be removed easily. The bolt at the end provides a compression grip. Easy DIY, plus you could polish it and round off the edges etc...Needs to be at least 3/8"-1/2" thick stock. Just a suggestion.

I heard the bearing, i thought after a while wont it lock up??
One other thing, That mount scare's the hell out of me,
