Well you could do a dual centrificle charger setup fairly easy and just have the charge piping come together like on a TT setup. Or you could funnle the air through a air to air intercooler in a dual inlet single outlet I/C setup. Dual roots could be done in theory but in reality it would take alot of crazy stuff for it to work in your advantage. You would need to get the scrolls in the blowers in sync because if you didn't the top one would slam air into the back of the fins on the bottom ones scrolls thus causing dammage and/or less air velocity.
