I'm pissed!! Some guy is using my ECU pictures to promote his sales!!! I never gave him permission to use them.

Or just tell him he's a douche... Either way, it *is* your intellectual property, but at the same time, it's just some small-time guy on eBay...

well its shady but its all over the place... nothing you can really do. ive heard of people using pictures of my black civic before on ebay. but theres nothing you can really do.... at least not enough for anything to really happen.
i stopped really caring.....

You know what I'm talking about. The picture zoomed in on the ECU board with the SST chip. You can even see where I touched my solder stick to the IS168 component on the edge. You are using my picture without my consent. I charge quite a bit for taking pictures for other eBayers to sell their items and you are stealing my work. Please remove my pictures from your listings and hire your own photographer.

I went through eGay and am now submitting a VeRO form to claim rights to the image.

 

IMO screw it man... if its not your picture he steals it will be someone elses. its easy to find with google he just used the first picture he found.

unless you have a program that does your logo thru the whole picture anyone will still steal it... id like to know what program these people use myself.....

 

under law, thats plagiarism and theft even if it is considered "public property" I just did a whole 20 min presentation on plagiarism. Even if it doesnt have the c in a circle, it is copyrighted. Technically he should be punished with a fine, unless he makes $2500 and then its a felony punishable by 10 yrs in prison and $250000 in fines
