Go to honda, get an OEM Intake manifold gasket. Make sure you label all hoses and sensors you take off of your old mani, so you know where to put em on this one. Its not too hard to install this, just take your time. It will be a little easier because youve got the injectors, fuel rail and FPR already on this manifold, so you can just remove yours and not worry about mountin em to the new mani. Make sure yo get the OEM Gasket on there nicely, and dont overtighten the bolts. Youre supposed to TQ them down, but I could not get a TQ wrench even close to those nuts, so just make the nuts tight, but not crazy tight. You can use your stock throttle body. Get some vac hoses from pep boys, some of the stock ones wont reach the newspots on the new manifold, they didnt on my old skunk2 one. Remember to prep everything (label EVERYTHING) and everything will go smoothly. There is a little bracket on the underside of the stock manifold that you wont use with the new manifold, its a little tricky to get it off, but not impossible. Just make sure youve got some WD40 and Elbow Grease. PM me if you have a tecnical question. I did a D series intake mani before.
Thanks a lot man, If I don't start this tomorrow I'm doing it the next day I don't work which will be next week.
There's two little prongs on the back of it that kind of look broken... I'm not sure what they're for but when I pulled it out of the box they were all bent.
Here's a pic:

I hope that won't cause any problems. The white plastic part around the prongs is also broken and missing a screw.

It doesnt matter, you still have all those parts on your stock manifold, so just use those. I believe that is the IAT sensor, theyre fragile, so be careful with yours, honda doesnt stock them, as I found out the hard way. Rememer, mark everything. Oh and buy some of those nut grabbers, youre going to drop nuts down the engine bay, and theyll get stuck on the block where u can reach em.
It's not that hard, just a bit time consuming, and messy. Drain your coolant before removing anything
My record at this point is 15 minutes to remove, and replace. If the middle bottom nut was more easily accessable, I could probably do it faster
