I dont think that you can call that racist. Yes it has to do with race, but it is not intended to be hurtful. I have to think that almost everyone on this forum has a good sense of humor. If you didn't have a sense of humor, you wouldn't love our little Civics so much.

 

I don't see it as racist, at least not the first one. All it's showing is the common ignorance a lot of people have.
