how is it so fast then if its a little d15?

the whole car is fiberglass and only has 3 wheels, and had more hp than your civic.
now the cool thing would be to do a k20 swap in one, turbo it, and use the vaper fuel setup and get 92 mpgs and it would make a hell of a lot more power and be scary fast
i was looking a a few engine pics and it looks more like a y8 to me. or possibly a late d15b7. it has the oil dipstick on the drivers side of the engine, unlike older d15s and d16s where it was between #2 and #3 exhaust ports.
it says its a 2 stage vtec engine which i don't know what they mean by that, unless they meant its a 3 stage vtec-e engine from a hf

92MPG and 0-60 in 5 seconds..... HELL YA id be all over that.......
the performance of a bike and the speed with a wider stance to take those turns fast..... HELL YA....

i don't think the styling is gonna make it, just because how would it ever pass a crash test?
but the technology under the hood is what is important. even tho the aerodynaics of the cars, and the lightweight play a large part in the fuel economy of the car, the same technology in a normal car would still be beneficial for any vehicles fuel economy/emissions no matter what size or shape.
92 mpg in a car whose engine is at least 10 years old is a pretty good thing. how much moreso couldthe technology be applied to newer vehicles, even only a 15mpg increase would be awesome thing in a large pickup truck that only get 15mpg to start with.
