depends where you live. When i get my next civic im going to through a high flow cat on there. So it will pass MA emissions and still give me the flow i need. If have a header, high flow cat, and exhaust you'll see a difference.

 

yeah click on my link and then click on my name on the top right and u will see in 1 of my slideshows the entire system its from header to exhaust 2.25 inch or so, and a spot for the cat , thanks
