Nice! it will be really quick. It sounded a little ruff when it was running but mabey its just the vid.
No it was running a little ruff at first, the IACV was letting it idle at 500rpm, so it was a little ruff. We got a CEL that needs to be worked out, but other then that everything ran find once the ECU was able to relearn again

newbs should set a weekend aside. Maybe a few days more to deal with other BS problems.

If we had everything straightened out it would have gone alot quicker, Buit they started around 6pm, i got there at 7:30, we had the engine out by 8:15, we then had wiring stuff to figure out cause of the knock sensor and IAB, we couldn't use the B18 harness cause it was for a RHD car, so they modified the D16 Harness to work, but we once that was all figured out we had the B18 in and running by 830 the next night, pretty good considering none of us did a swap in a civic before, one guy there was a Mechanic so he had swapped before, and another guy that was there works at a Dyno show and has experience with swaps, but not this one.

All in all if we had a premade harness and started in the morning, we could have had it on the road within a day
