i doubt the person driving that car is 16. plus it says "a vid of my bday present for my 16th bday from my dad uhm yeah just screwing around but yeah ppl wanted me to put vids of it i will put more later"

i think what he means was people just wanted him to post the video..not that it was his car.

if he did get that car for his 16th, then yes..i agree with fiirkan. might not die, but can almost guarantee it will get wrecked. my boss at my last job was pretty well off..he has an AMV8. he got his son (aged 16) a stock GTO for his first car. he totalled it. the kid was ok though. so what was his next car? an M3.. just don't understand it. ha my first car was a 90 dodge spirit with a 4 cylinder. A kid I went to high school with got a Viper for his 16th B-day. He wrapped it around a tree going about 110mph two weeks after he got it. Killed him, his GF, and his best friend. They were all sober. His dad tried to kill himself a few months later.

Lesson.......Get your kid a 80's K car and relax knowing that he can't drive faster than 55pmh.

If I had a son and the money to do so I'd buy him a bad *** car for his 16th, hell man and not one of you would turn one down at that age. Stop hatin on the kid and his dad.

 

i'd only buy my son/daughter a car with such characteristics only if they can consistantly beat me at autox events

 

I can say with full honesty that I would have turned it down. But when I was 16 I needed a big car ((81 Dodge aries SW)) to haul all of my bands equipment. LOL

Now when I was 18 I did have a 70 Cutlass that I could have killed myself with. So yeah, your probably right. ROFL But I never drove like a moron.

 

Id never buy my kid a car like that. He can learn to respect money and buy a beater himslef

 

I'd never buy my son something like that if he's just turning 16. (maybe as a graduation present, but not as a birthday present to that inexperienced of a driver) I know if I'd have gotten a cobra for my 16th birthday, I'd be dead by now.

 

ya the way i see it 1st car.... a cheap car.......
my first car was a 66chevy impala... but a 4door.LOL but still enough power to tear some crap up. LMFAO

but the way i see it EVERY CHILD should have a beater for thier first car! makes you apriciate a nice car later on!
