1999 Saab 9-3 turbo 5-speed.
You are looking at a1999 Saab 9-3 turbo with a manual transmission. This is my second Saab and I was going to use this one as my winter car since my other one is on summer tires, but I got into financial trouble and can not afford to insure three cars, so this one has to go. I will try to disclose all the defects I know of in this car, please realize that this car is used and there may be things I don't know about or I haven't noticed.
The GOOD:
1. New front tires
2. Justpassed PA inspection, and is inspected until september 2008.
3. The A/C and heat work perfectly, as well as the heated seats (one option you will fall in love with during the winter)
4). I've been driving this car to work for the past week to make sure that there are no drivetrain problems.
The BAD:
1). rear power windows do not work (right rear is a failed regulator, left rear is most likely a switch that neesds to be cleaned up)
2). The rotors seem warped, doesn't really affect braking aside the annoying pulsation when braking. Get them turned and it'll be gone.
3). there is some cosmetic damage to the front right of the car, in particular the paint on the hood is shot and there was a hole in the front bumper that was patched...nothing that affects functionality of the car, all purely cosmetic. Also the front right headlight wiper blade is missing. Also the rear "saab" emblem is missing.
4). I'm currently working on fixing the system information display, but if I can't get it fixed than the screen on that is dead (that's where it would normally write that your windshield wiper fluid level is low and things of that nature, however there is an indicator on the dash that alerts you anyway)
5). Horn just quit working today...might be a fuse.
This is listed to the best of my knowledge, there may or may not be other things, but functionally this is a good car to use during the winter and/or learn to drive a manual transmission car.
The Car is located in Philadelphia, PA
The price is 1800 OBO
