Default 88 CRX Si F/S in NJ

Hello, I'm new on here.
I'm basically here just to sell my CRX in New Jersey.

Here's the specs:

1988 Honda CRX Si 5 spd.
Roughly 217 K Miles on original motor.
1.6 L D16A6

The motor is bone stock.
It runs very strong with no problems.
No fluid leaks.
The car starts up every time, and runs and drives fine.
I recieved this car last winter and have been driving it since then.
Basically, everything in the car works including the power sunroof and rear defroster.
The underbody of the car is in fantastic shape.
No rust holes except over gas tank, any other rust on the car is superficial and can be fixed easily with some body work experience.
The interior is in fairly good shape.
I sewed some of the seat holes, they dont look too bad, but you may want to purchase new seats if it means that much to you.
The hatch works fine as does everything in the trunk area including the little storage bin.
All the gauges work.
All the lighting works.
This car still gets about 30-33 mpg, although I've seen it get 37-38 before.
The parking brake works fine.
I know the car is probably going to be swapped after it's sold, but this is the way it is right now.

I am only selling it because I'm truly not into Hondas and am looking to buy an 80s Nissan Sentra for a daily driver.

This is the way I recieved the car:
The previous owner was planning on setting it up for SCCA Solo II autocross in CSP class.

-ACT clutch (Not in the car right now, but still have in posession )
-6 pound aluminum flywheel (this thing really moves with this in it )
-Polyurethane bushings all around ( This is a big job, 20 + hours of labor )
-Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars
-Stock suspension
-Rear disc brakes (The stock drum brakes were removed and these installed with spindles.)
-Fairly new Falken tires

I, myself, am a mechanic.
Since I've owned the car, I've performed strict maintenance on it, and these parts were also installed all within the last 8000 miles.

-Oil and filter changes every 2000 miles.
-New clutch installed/ trans fluid changed ( Read below )
-New R/R caliper installed.
-Brake system bled.
-New brake pads and rotors resurfaced all around.
-Used pedal bracket installed( The ACT clutch was too strong for the stock bracket, this is why i switched to a stock replacement clutch )
-New clutch cable installed.
-Pioneer CD player installed.
-Multiple Alignments ( Specs: stock for rear, I believe I may have set the toe at -1/32 on each corner for -1/16 total . No adjustment for camber. )
-New fuel filter installed.
-New muffler installed ( stock-like muffler ), and partial exhaust pipe (resonator replaced with straight 1 3/4 piping )
-New stock replacement radiator installed

Now, for the problems, although most are negligible.

-The only exception to things not working in the car is the A/C.
It needs a new idler pulley and belt.
Besides that, it will work fine.
-As you can see from the pictures, the body is not in the best shape, but it is realistic to fix and repaint if needed.
Rust in all the normal CRX spots (rear fenders, over gas tank ).
-It may need a new L/F outer tie rod, although I've been driving it and it's fine.
There is minimal or no play in the rod, but the boot around it is cracking.
-The car was hit lightly on the R/F corner by a van about a month ago, no fault of my own.
The only damage was the fender and corner marker.
I can pull it out and put a corner light in if you would like.
Otherwise, you may want to purchase a new fender.
I'd assume whoever buys this is going to want to repaint the whole car anyway.

Besides that, I believe the pictures speak for themselves.
Full resolution pictures available upon request.
I'm asking $1,800 for this car, and the price is negotiable.
I'm looking to only deal with serious buyers.

I can't divulge the exact location of the vehicle, but if you're serious about buying it and like what you see, I'll drive halfway to meet you, mileage pending.
If you have any other questions, post, and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for looking.
