Hey everyone, Im new to the group....Take it easy on me!

Decided its time to part ways with my project car....Had baby 8 mths ago, have another due in May 06'...Need to get a more family car.

as stated, the car is a 93 civic hatch dx.
this car has been a project car, but also a daily driver. (highway miles mostly, I commute 45 miles each way daily)

The car is a Charcole Slate Gray color, with the exception of the front Right side fender, this is black, as well as the hood is black (needs painted, primer right now)
Front bumper has about a 4.5" crack in the front right hand side, nothing too major.

After Market Clutch (unknow what stage, Feels like maybe 3 ? was in when purchased, Original Owner away in Navy, No way to find out what brand or stage?)

17" Motegi FF5 Wheels (White) - 2 needs new Tires - Currently not installed, but included.
Cd Player
Kicker 6.5 in speakers in rear,
Alpine in front, Will need replaced, still work, but not attractive looking



There is some typical rust on the wheel well (rear) typical for year of car, nothing major, can be fixed quite simple.

Car does smoke at high rpms. I thought it could have been rings, however I took to shop and had compression test done, advised good cmopression, was not piston rings, nor a gasket, but did say car was running "rich".



Interior in decent condition, Could use new door covers (inside panels), where the speakers are, the grates are cut out.

Car is wired for stereo, Amp included, Not sure what brand, is older one, believe only like 200 watts or something ?

Car has no A/C or Power Steering.

Asking to $2000.00 OR BEST OFFER (will take any reasonable offer, have over $4000.00 invested)

I work for a Transportation company, so if interested and live outside 100 mile radius and would be interested in having delivered, I can get a discounted rate.

Car Has between 150 & 160,000 miles on body,
Rebuilt engine has approx 10,000 miles on.

the engine is no good after a rebuild??

 

sorry that was an old post, I just updated tonight with pictures....I took car to local shop since original post. Had compression test done to see if it was indeed piston rings, it was not. Shop (Highlands, Carlisle, Pa) advised gaskets were all good as well. However, they did say car was running rich, You can smell some fuel in exhaust ?
