Default 96-00 civic parts, Vtec solenoid, 96-00 splash guards, 96 radio bezel

ok well another day at junk yard and got some more good/decent parts.
some old parts from my personal civics as well that are left over.

EDIT 5-14-10 add on other items.
96-00 D16 high power alternator irragi something like 180amps i think, dont remember off hand but a great working alternator!!!! removed when i put my civic back stock and sold it. the pulley is a overdrive pulley which spins the alternator faster to put out more power at idle, and to compensate for the smaller pulley you simply remove your upper alternator bracket and replace it with my custom bracket, it gives you enough travel to tighten up the stock size belt and everything fits still.

^15bucks shipped

.........

first off the Vtec solenoid from a 98 civic, WITH the two wire plugs as well ALSO with the mounting bolts as well. great for your vtec head upgrade. civic had 140K miles on it. from a D16y8 motor.
i also have one from a D16z6 as well.
^ 45bucks shipped in 48states.

second the radio dash bezel console. in good condition but has ONE SMALL CRACK in the upper right corner, but lines up with the molding so doesnt look to bad, the rest of it is good looking. for sale WITH or WITHOUT the heater controls, add 8bucks for the heater controls if you want them, i have them from another bezel thats cracked worse.
^ 40bucks shipped in 48states (8bucks extra if you want the heater controls also included)

96-00 COUPE splash guards... i have a set from a 96-98 and a 99-00
the 96-98 ones are decent shape, drivers side guards both good, passenger side ones arent the best, one looks like overspray paint on it and both have scratches and the front one has a hole pocked it in from the junk yards fork lifts spinning the civic around on the ground. but with a lighter and smooth piece of metal im sure you can work em out good.
i have most of the mounting hardware for the 96-98. have all the clips and screws for the rears, fronts reuse your factory hardware but i have some of the screws also, just extras for ya.

^25bucks for the set shipped

and the 99-00 coupe guards have good rears but the front guards are cut. i cut them with a razor blade since my old 99civic was lowered so much and when i drug the flaps on the front it wanted to rip them off without the relief slits i put in them, still good shape perfect for a lowered civic mostly. but will be fine if you just make some scratches on the backside and simply use some black silicone on the backside to help hold the flaps together back in shape.
no pics of the 99-00 yet. they are out in the shop.
no hardware included. i just used a zip tie and self taping screws for the rear flaps, the fronts use original hardware.

^25bucks for the set shipped

i also have a 96-98 civic blower resistor box and fan motor.
35bucks shipped for them. they both worked great, i removed them from my old 96 civic with something like 80K miles on it, only removed when i upgraded to electronic 99-00 unit.

^35bucks shipped for the fan motor and resistor unit as well. will not seperate. the motor also has the fan blades on it also. i think i still have the wires as well if you want them and i still have em

if you are looking for any parts feel free to hit me up with a PM or just post here what your looking for! i go to my junk yard ALOT and as long as im making a few bucks ill see what i can get for ya!

If you ever see a 99-00 Center HVAC bezel not cracked let me know. Been looking forever. We always get 96-98s in if we get an EK.

ya every time ive seen a 99-00 someones already busted it up being idiots... heck these 96-98 ones are hard enough to find not busted up!!! they had two ej there and one was busted to pieces and the other one is the one i got here with just a hair crack.
i know the 99-00 ones make GOOD MONEY if i can find one of them good! ive only found one in the last 2-3years and i used it on my 96civic i had.

tomorrow i get the computer from a 92-95 vtec manual civic. i took it out of the civic today and stashed it in the GM section and i dont think anyone will mess with it tucked under the seat of a old caddy. i wasnt sure i had enouh cash which is why i stashed it. i was hoping to also buy a trailer hitch for my truck bed trailer but those bolts are very tight and i needed a break bar and sledge hammer to break them loose which i didnt have. im just HOPING no one else beats me back to it tomorrow afternoon! which i dont think they will since the truck is basically swimming in a pond with all this rain we got.LOL needless to say ill go back tomorrow with a sledge and break bar and be sure to pop this sucker off.
i just love how cheap my yard is, only problem is its so popular you gotta be the first one out there or else its already gutted fast!
you cannt even get good tires they have so many mexicans run around with tire irons taking the tires as quick as they put the vehicles out in the yard! i swear its keeping those tire shops in business.LOL 9bucks per tire and im sure they sellen em for 25+ depending on life left and size of course.
