my friend Robbie sold his civic and got a WRX.

his civic was a project car so he has a TON of stuff that he wants to get rid of for dirt cheap prices. that includes a b18b1 engine that he was going to bore out and customize.

Robbie's a mechanic at Pep Boys, so he's probably knowledgeable about whether the part is right for your model civic if you have questions. He's also willing to spec out the b18 to your specs.

I think he'd prefer local pick-up but he may be willing to ship. he's located in North Carolina.

I'll personally vouch for robbie. he was a true Honda nut, until he got his hands on a mint '02 WRX for $10,000... insane.
