What type of halo's are those. I'm looking for full halo's with the corner lights. like those. Who makes those if you don't mind?

Yeah I still have them... now they have race tires on them Yokohama Advan A-032Rs... 205/50/15 shaved and heat-cycled from tire rack. I Paid $700 for the rims and $660 for the tires, thats $1360... I want $1200 for them together.
