Default FS? Clear ECU Cover (Like Benen, but definitely not)

Hey guys,

I'm planning on making my own ECU cover of out clear plexiglass. Since I'm doing it I guess I should ask if anyone else would be interested in one. I'm only making ones that fit the P28/OBD-I ECUs. I figure they will cost 6 bucks to make and whatever shipping costs.

So, if you're interested, I'll make a bunch at the same time.

Do NOT pay me, yet, since I don't know if I'm going to make a bunch or not. It depends on the interest.
(But for following rules my paypal ID is dafedel@uwm.edu)

Here's about what they will look like:
(Obviously, I just put a piece of plexi that I have on it, it's not cut to size because it's actually a cover I made for a circuit breadboard.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I haven't finalized what I will all do to make them.

As of right now I'm thinking of some of different options:
-Rounded edge or Sqaure edge
-No Middle Hole or Hole for the middle screw with some sort of sleeve to prevent the cover from caving in, which it shouldn't anyway as the plexi is hella strong)

Well, I can only get my hands on clear right now, you can tint it youself with some products. I think Krylon makes some? But, sadly right now color plexi isn't an option I have.

No gasket that I know of.

Update:
I have 5 covers cut. I just have to drill the 4 perimeter holes. For the center, since the stock cover has a depression there, I figured it best to screw in the center screw before the cover itself. Thus, the center screw will be a pillar or support for the cover. Pics will be posted as soon as I get mine done...
