Default Looking to buy in the Central FL area only

I am wanting to buy a Civic (98-00) and it doesn't matter what model (DX, EX, etc). I prefer automatic but can drive a manual too, so that really doesn't even matter.

The timing belt/water pump and O2 sensor MUST have been replaced at the general usual required time and have proof of that.

Car must not have been in any fender benders or accidents. nice, well maintained condition is all I ask.

Only located in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Marion or Volusia Counties in Florida. I will not buy from out of state or any other Florida county. I am through w/driving long distances and seeing bad cars.

Will pay cash. $4500 is my MAXIUM.

Please email me at elizabedevl@cs.com

Just wondering, how do you have proof if you do it yourself like most of us probably have?
