by willing to negotiate, i hope you mean you will take about half of that, 9k with a bad tranny? and most likely some engine work in the near future from the nos "your lucky that 100 shot of NOS didn't blow apart the welds on the intake"

 

um no engine problems since the last use of nos (tank of nos expired on 05/2003.) p.s. new trans is $300

 

$9000 is kinda steep...
