Trade for civic - 1999 Ranger

Air needs charged.
Would like to trade for an Accord, Camery or Civic. I need something good on gas that will hold two car seats.
It could be purchased for $3500 with the mustang wheels on it, or $3000 with the factory wheels and average suv tires.
