all the regulars here know my love for twin loop mufflers, and my adventures trying to locate a quality one (especially peg and fiirkan).

well the guy that sells the *SNL twin loop muffler that i've been trying to buy for almost six months now finally contacted me.

he said he's going to try and import some more.

I told him that I would definitely buy one from him as soon as his next shipment comes in. and NO, i'm not the one selling the mufflers.

he (eskay) said i could get it at a lower price if you guys wanted a group buy.

i don't care if you guyz buy one or not, because I'm gonna buy one regardless. I'm just posting this bit of info for anyone else that may be interested in getting a twin loop muffler. If you are, just reply in this thread.

I'm not sure what the price will be, but the muffler did sell for $75 previously.

I want one too. My magnaflow is too ricey for me. I was actually going to get a stockish muffler...this will do.

i must be a DE DE DE cause ive never even seen one of these before....whats the diff between sound and everything compared to the rice muffler i got right now??

 

twin loops are LESS ricey because they have piping that goes back into the muffler cannister an additional time before exiting the muffler tip.

think of it as an EXTRA RESONATOR to take some of the harsh edge off the exhuast burble that plagues small displacement four-cylinder engines without the backflow restriction that an additional resonator would actually impose.

the reason RS*R Exmags sound so good is because they also use a twin loop design but their twin loop piping is fully encased inside of the muffler canister. thus their rediculous price.
