Default 99 Hatchback -- Floormats

Hi all,

We just bought our 4th Civic -- a 99 Hatchback, basically for going from A to B, nothing too exciting.

A few questions for any other 99 Hatchback owners.......

1) The cupholders are terrible! Any ideas for getting drinks to stay upright & not fly around?

2) I'm looking for new (summer) floor mats, my local honda dealer says that they no longer carry old mats -- I've emailed a few custom floor mat sellers on Ebay and they don't have anything for the hatchback model of that year. Any ideas for mats that would fit nicely in the 99 Hatchback?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give :-)

No idea on the cupholders, I just stopped using mine. Actually, the smaller one is OK, but the big one won't hold anything -- any cup large enough to fit in there is going to be so top-heavy it will fall over when you make the slightest turn...

Floormats from a 2-door coupe should fit just fine in your car.
