just a heads up to widen your options, any d-series transmission should bolt right up to your y7.

 

any 96-00 auto d series tran will work perfectly
you can get a trans from any 92-95 but you will also ned the cv axles and trans mounts. i can get you the whole complete auto to manual conversion with trans and evrything for 300$ plus the cost of shipping

 

i am not interested in a manual swapp, allthough its tempting, too much work i think you have to add the petels and such. what comes in that manual swapp kit though? can you find me an auto? i have a 97 civic lx sedan.

 

so this means 96-2000 automatic?

 

yes any 96-00 except the si model (dohc) will bolt right up to your car.
also a 92-95 will but you will need a few more things. the trans mount, cv axles. and cut the plugs from the harness
