I need a motor for my 97 vic, d16y8 in good running condition, please hit me up if you can help me out, I have cash,just need engine

 

hey i just got a d16y8 for my 99 ex. but here is avery good tip. u have the y8 head, if so u can get a d16y7 block it is the se as the y8 block. and u can bolt the head to it. they call it a mini me swap but it is a good thing right now. it took me 3 weeks to find a good deal and that one got sold behind my bakc. i had to pay 800 bucks for my motor. it is getting put back in today i can't wait to have my civic back.

 

thanks for the info, I might do that, you doing motor yourself? I put mine in storage for winter, she will never see a snowflake. I found a motor at a junkyard, $700 out of a 98 ex w/ 75k on it, 3 month warranty. want to build my blown motor up now

 

i have a complete swap B16z6 115,000 miles, 5 spd tranny, axles, wiring harness, ecu motor is out of 94 Civic. Will sell for 1500.00 obo. Must pick up. Will take a day or two to get out of car its in now. Good Running condition. 30 day start up warranty.
