what it says.... im doing a 99-00 electronic heater swap and i have everything minus the bezel/ mounting brackets and hazard switch....
minus the heater controls and ac buttons. i already have those along with everything else i need for my swap. the bezel and mounting brackets is the main thing holding me back!

 

have you checked out ebay. i see quite a few on there

 

ya ive been looken on ebay but they keep going for over 100bucks plus shipping. i was trying to cheap it out alittle... but yesterday i went ahead and splerged... and i saw one that JUST got put up for sale with 100 BIN and only 10bucks shipping so i scooped it up really quick... hopefully it will hurry up and get here soon!!!!
and i just put my 96-98 bezel on ebay the day before and it sold within 12hours... i was happy about that! i only paid like 12bucks for that thing at local junk yard and sold it for 82bucks shipped so that profit went towards my 99-00 cluster.

this weekend im gonna go ahead and swap out the air box unit and have it just waiting on the new bezel to slap it all together.


so I NO LONGER looking for this part anymore im so happy now! will be more happy when i get it all installed and swap my radio over into it! i have my manual controls and weak @ss single din radio!
and get my satellite radio back in my daily driver

 

nice profit you made there, i didn't know the bezel was so popular. glad you got it and good luck on the swap. 99-00 bezels look so much better than the 96-98.

i think the bezels are popular because they are so commonly smashed with theft!
the 96-98 was practicaly perfect condition. i got a killer score on it when i picked it up from scrap yard.... and im get emails from the yard telling me when i new civic comes on the lot so as soon as i get that email IM OFF..... LMFAO unfortunatly the last 99 civic that came in was already pretty gutted from previous owner i asume. but at least i got the air box and harness for it just not a full score stil only paid like 35bucks for the whole heater/ac/blower box unit and harness. paid like 15bucks for the stock air vents.

needless to say after my first visit to my local pullapart IM HOOKED!!!!!!!

i just hope my bezel comes in soon! that way i can simply pull out the whole unit from my black 99 and just swap it into the 96!

 

wow that system looks sweet man. what unit is that? i would definitely go through the hassle of swapping out the bezel.

 

its my alpine IVA-W200 dvd 6.5screen. its alittle older version but looks like only difference is the newer version models now have VIDEO IPOD capabilities... that kinda sucks but its all good.... i dont have a video ipod anyways.
