be an active member. by active, i mean that members who haven’t posted since July of 03 are not eligible. before anyone asks, lets set it at this...to be active, it means you must have at least5 posts in the month in question, and the month before.

ok not to be an *** but ive checked and importcivicus can't run this month cause at the time of nominations he only had 3 post this month .

Ok then it is settled, close this **** and move on. I just say that no matter what happened last month that you get nominated, you get seconded, and you either accept or turn down the offer to run. I say no more subing in people and so forth.
