sacicons and mossy have been nominated, but are yet to accept...anyone can be nominated...so long as its a civic...i have been a member of a site where they allowed nonners to be in ROTM, and it got ugly...a new member had a TT viper, and every month some newbie would nominate him...thats why we do civics only...
