2003 Sentra SE-R VSpec or 2000Celica GT-S
Here are my options. I can get a Sentra that has about 102k miles on it or a GT-S that has about 137k miles. Whinch one would be the best choice in terms of reliablity and performance.
reliability... Celica, hands down... your wont have to worry about the intake manifold falling apart and going into your piston chamber...
Performance, i can't really say, but i will let you know one thing... Celica has fully independent suspension, Sentra has a torsion bar in the rear... there for... celica most likely has better suspension properties and more then likely handles better
this is speaking fom what i know, not first hand experience. as i haven't driven either
But i personally would go for the celica.

If he threw in an 01 GSR, or a 02 RSX Type s i would agree with you too... but for the ones listed, Celica hands down... it just so much better looking too

neither.
neither.
The SPEC-V is faster, but with the celica you won't be changing engines every 10-15K miles....I've driven both and don't like either one, so NEITHER is a good choice.
i considered the celica gts before buying my stratus RT, and i was REALLY unhappy with the way that the celica rode, and i was dissappointed with the power...both with a manual and the paddle shifted auto.
as for the nissan...im generally a fan of them, but ive never seen anything to impress from the sentra, and the people whom ive known who got one, usually didnt have it for very long.
