I own a fully restored 1979 CIVIC. I would appreciate any advice locating a experienced Mechanic to look at my car.
I live in Western North Carolina , but that is not a limitation. Just need to find someone that may be able to help. Not sure of the issue. May be Mechanical or carburation as I am at higher elevation..

Please let me know if anyone can help with a recommendation for a mechanic.
