I live in Raleigh, NC and am wondering if anyone knows of any good tuning shops in the state. I am looking for a shop to completely overhaul my 94 Civic and was wondering if you guys knew of any good places that will be helpful and fair. Thanks.

 

phantasm motorsports is in your area. from what ive heard there pretty good and very helpfull. theres a few here in winston but be carefull with discount performance and image plus customs. discount will overcharge you and send the work elsewhere, image will take too many short cuts and IMO you will end up with a blown motor.

There's a place in Winston-Salem called Discount Performance and they install everything they sell. In the Hanes Mall parking lot.
