00 si rims on 00 ex
Will doing this mean I will have to have my spedometer tuned so that it runs at the right speed?

Not if your overall wheel diameter is the same as stock. 195/55R15 is the recommended tire size to go along w/ the Si's. I think there is a thread w/ this kind of issue here. Anyone ?

yea i think MXS posted it somewhere, search around, but if the tires/wheels are the same size as stock you should be fine

I will search,
But the stock ex's are 14" and the Si's are 15" So there is a difference.

overall diamter is what matter i think.....weight of the wheel will affect your braking/acceleration a litlte bit
