Default 05 rims on 99 Civic?

Hi, I'm new!

I have a 99 Civic EX coupe and I'm going to replace the stock rims, they look like crap (I'm blaming the road salt). On Ebay, a few people are selling their stock rims and tires from their 05 Civics. These should fit my car with no problem, right?

The ones I'm looking at are like these:

Thanks

Yes, as long as the rim is a 4 bolt pattern, they'll fit.

chaseman, I thought I had seen 05s with 5-lugs too, but the pics on ebay AND on Honda's website are 4-lug.

On second thought I might not get these because the tires seem to be too big. Have you guys seen this tire size calculator? http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp I could deal with my speedometer being innacurate, but this warning kinda freaked me out: When changing tire sizes, we recommend staying within 3% of the diameter of the original tire. Any more than this and you face the risk of brake failure. eek!

Actually now I'm looking at these: http://www.handa-accessories.com/civext01.html#wheel (the 7-spoke 16" wheels). Pretty good deal. What do you think? I'd have to repaint my brakes...

oh btw, the rims in the link in my past post: I think they are a bit wider than what I have now (6.5 vs. 5.5? I think?). Will they be too wide? They are one of the few listed that do not say "fits all Civic models". The website says they wont tell me if they will fit a different year than what they are made for. I just want to make sure the offset and everything will be OK but they give no specs. Anyone?? I really want these

Alright, I ordered the rims. Just have to buy the tires now.

I'm going to keep the 14s with my winter tires. Anyone know what it might cost me to get them refinished?
