Default 15 inch rims rubbing my 95 honda civic!!help!!

What should I Do? I have a 95' honda civic lx (4 door). I just put some rims on it , they are 15 inch. When I am driving by myself its cool , (Except when I hit speed bumps I gotta slow down they rub just a lil) Even when I am with one other person in the car (besides me) its cool. But as soon as its more than two people in the car (3.4.5. people), my tires rub!! non stop!! (through out the whole way!) How can I fix this problem? Is it my shocks?help!

what size tires are on the rims??
you should have 205/50/15

you may also have bad shocks, look at them do they look wet?
does the car sit uneven?
