Default 17"s on lowered car

I'm asking those of you who have 17"s on mid 90's honda if there are any issues with rubbing or shortening of turning radius. If not on regular ride height, what about if the car has been lowered?

if u got 1" drop it's no problem

any lower than 1" it'll **** up your tires + your car

17" is very bad idea, it'll ruin ur car, go with 16" with 50 profile tires

^ i agree, but i don't know what you mean by mid 90's, there's either the 5/6th generations. i've got a 6th gen and had it lowered 2.5" with 17's with 40 profile tires, it's not the most comfortable, but it gets the job done.

i got mine lowered about 2.5- 3" right now ridin on 17's. i only rub/hit on horrible roads which i try to stay away from. as far as turning goes, no issues there unless i his a major bump while turning.

it's actually a 93 2dr dx. First car I've ever tried to mod, and I'm just starting.

15's to 16's with 50/55 profile tires will work just fine, 17's on a 5th gen look rather too large

i have a 95 si and it was lowered when i bought it. i threw on some 17's with 205/40/17. my inner fender liner is kinda warped on the passenger side and it rubs when i hit a bumpwhile turning. the fender liner is plastic so not much harm done. 17's look great, go for it. no probs with turning tradius except for rub.
