Default 18" rims Del Sol

Hello,

I have a 1993 Honda Del Sol S. I wanted to know if it is possible to fit 18x7 inch rim (O.Z Racing Record) on my car with 215/35 R18 size tires. I know they will fit, but I want to make sure that they won't rub the fender lip or the inner wheel well of my car. I have talked to the support at tirerack.com, and they said it's a 90% chance that they will fit without rubbing. I wanted to know if anyone can be 100% sure whether they can or can not fit.

My brakes, suspension, etc. are stock/stock size... so this is considering a STOCK 1993 Honda Del Sol S

Thank you for all your help,
- Rican7

it'll look very bad IMO. 18's on a very small car[sm=smiley21.gif] not to mention horrible ride...but do what u want. and u more than likely will rub, 215 are some pretty wide tires and on 18's u'll fo sho rub. i'd even rub with 205/50R15 so thats why im gena stick with 195.

Both the tires and the rims are too big. I have 17's and 215's on our neon and they make the car look like a monster truck.

Stock is 185/60/14....correct. The 215/35/18 is 23.9 inches tall. The 14 is 22.7 inches tall. They are too tall.....
No matter how ya slice it....they are tooooooo tallllllll. I'm bettin you got it lowered as well....

no
i dont know how many times i stressed that EVERYTHING is STOCK

meaning no lowering
and its the S model, not the Si... so it runs on 175/70/R13

im almost 100% sure that they'll fit, but I'm probably just gonna end up getting 17's instead

205/40/17 on a 17x7 NOT 7.5, or 8. Minimum +42 offset, +45 would be killer. Then you can go down 1.75 inches safe! maybe if you drive carefull....2 inches!
