2007 honda civic coupe and 17 inch wheels!

I was wondering if the car needs to be lowered if I bought some 17 inch wheels, what the offset needs to be, and what tire size to get. Thank you!

i do not think it needs lowering. here i just got my 17's today. with 215/45/17 tires. no rubbing. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2396029

Very nice! Are those 16's in the first and third picture?

What offset are your 17's? I kind of like the Speedy Holotype R's!

yeah those are the stock 16 inch wheels. i went to a 17 inch wheel with an offset of 42. I bought the wheels from discount tire direct. orderd on thursday, had them on monday.
