95 honda civic ex , controll arms bushings

Default 95 honda civic ex , controll arms bushings

does anybody knows anyway to remove the old lower controll arm bushings from the arm and replace them with new ones, i already have new ones i just need some ideas.

If all you need to do is remove the bushings, grab the metal sleeve (if there is one) with visegrips and yank it out. Then grab the bushing and yank it out.

LOL....

you need a torch and a lot of patience.
the sleeve is bonded to the bushing, and the bushing is bonded to the inside of the arm.

you're going to have to burn them out, and get the new ones pressed in.
