Are you referring to the piston thing inside, or the caliper itself?

the bes thing to buy when you get a new car is a haynes manual. it tells you how to change everything on your car

I think you are refferring to the piston that is located inside the caliper as forty mentioned. If you want to push this is, you will need a c-clamp. Take some of a fluid out of the master cylinder with a rag. Now push the piston in with the c-clamp. This only works on front calipers that do not have an attached e-brake. If you try this on a caliper with an emergency brake, you will break the caliper.
