98 Civic Steering Clunk
I still think you guys are right about the tie rod ends being loose/worn out. I'm going to have another guy look at it soon. I'm starting to worry because recently there seems to be a lot of looseness to the steering. I will be driving down the road and when I move the steering wheel back and forth a little bit, there is no resistance whatsoever and the wheels don't turn at all and the snapping/clunking sound in the video is still there.
Well I had it looked at again by a friend who runs a tire/battery/oil change place but he knows more than just that. He and the guy who works with him said the drivers side inner tie rod end was shot, but the passenger side one seemed fine. They replaced it, aligned the front end and the clunk is still there.
