aftermarket rims and camber

If I put some rims on my civic either 16 or 17's, but leave the car at it's stock hight will I also need a camber kit? Right now its 14 inch stock.

the size of the rim wont throw your camber...the thing that messes with the camber is when you raise and lower the cars suspension
