Default Aftermarket wheel complications

I'm sure there have been many posts like this before, but i am very new the website and also to aftermarket parts in general.

I am getting 17" Dynamics Racing rims. I need to know if there will be any complications or problems, such as brakes not working as well, spedometer being off, tires rubbing, or just anything at all.

The rims that i am getting are: http://teamdynamicsracing.com/pro-ra...Comp1white.htm

I was just curious to know how much my car would be affected by these new wheels and also some problems that i might run into.

Any replies would be HIGHLY appreciated.

if you car is lowered to far then you might rub but if you are stock then you will be fine there. Might stop like 1-2ft farther than before just because of the size of the rims and weight. The ride is gonna be a tiny tiny bit rougher because of less sidewall on the low profile tires. you speedometer will be off but all hondas come from the factory to be off...

Depending on what tires you get, your speedo will be off a bit. Pick a size so that the outside diameter of the tire is closest to OEM.

try a 205/40r17 tire. that'll be pretty close to oem size in overall diameter.

40 series tires aren't that great. Ditch the 17's, pick up some 16x7's and rock 205/45/16's. You'll have better ride quality, more accurate speedo, etc etc etc...

The rims im getting already have tires on them, and the tires are 205/40r/17, so that works out. I rolled one of the wheels up to my stock wheels and they are the exact same height/diameter, so that works out too. Thanks everyone.
