Default APEX Lowering springs Vs. Tein

Hey Guys!
Im currently in the middle of lowering my 94 Civic. Was wondering if any of you are running on APEX springs and how U feel about them? I am looking at bidding on a set of Tien springs on Ebay but have no IDa of the drop they give.
have any of you had any problems lowering 345-40mm on standard shocks? Does it really mess the handling up from standard?

I had a 2.5" drop on my 98' Civi and a 2.7" drop currently on my Corolla. Both TEIN. I lived in Japan for 3 years where racing and modding cars is their life... guess what the most popular brand over there is... thats right, TEIN. I love and loved my TEIN springs and will always stick with them on any lowering job I have, nothing negative to say about them![sm=smiley20.gif]

Are the other APEX'i? If so then they are reliable... if its just APEX then i've never heard of them.

Tiens are pretty good. Like polo said, they've been number one in japan for years. If you lower the car, you should change the shocks if the drop will be major. Your handling should improve (ad some strut bars and anti roll bars and your good to go).

There's A'PEXi & Apex, I would still go for Tein over either one of them.

Either spring kit will be fine, but I would consider going with a set of 4 Lowering Shocks to go with those springs.
They are made to enhance the feeling of the road and the internal cylinders have more room which will cause less heat inside therefore they will not have boil up inside...
I use DropZone N1 Suspension Systems myself, 0" to 4drop with a lifetime warranty..makes me feel good about the company..
