Default Best suspension part(s) for the money

I am planning on upgrading my suspension this summer and I have no clue where to start. I have done some lookin around on the forum, but am still confused as to what exactly i should get. I am lookin to get a little drop but not too much (about 1-1.5 inches). What would be the cheapest way to achieve this without getting JUST lowering springs? And what brands and prices am i looking at?

Tein S-Techs or H-Techs, about a 1.6"-1.8" drop for about $150

maybe tokico yellows with GC coilovers, i've heard it's the best, but rather expensive, if you want cheap, then get lowering springs with about a 1.5" drop

They tokico are good, but I hear the springs suck and dont really lower the car @ all. I was thinkin about getting the tokico illuminas and some different springs.

The tokico hpk suspension kit comes with springs and shocks matched to eachother that lower 1.4 upf ront and 1.25 in back... i'm liking them.

tokico illumnas are pretty nice but koni is probably one of the best as far as shocks/struts go. and about the springs, h&r has some nice ones and tein s-tech, and also eibachs.
