They're to protect your wheels from getting damaged by the lug nuts, and partly ensure that the lug nut seats properly. Up to you whether you run them or not.

Going to have to add a caveat; they may be required with your wheels. Back to square one

whats a caveat? When i got my first set of aftermarket rims for this car, i only got rims no extra's. I need a caveat to use these rings? should i put the rings on or wait and have the shop put them on? Do stock rims of these rings?

lol people no no no

the rings are hubcentric rings, yes, use them. they just make the wheel sit centered on the hub.
for your lugs you cannot use the stock lugs you must use tuner lugs (tapered bottom). i assume you bought these with the rims.

everything you need:
rims
tires
hub centric rings
tapered lug nuts

whats caveat?Caveat, the third-person singular present subjunctive of the Latin cavere, means "warning" (or more literally, "let him beware", "let her beware" or "let it beware");

So insert the rings, on the rim?

the ring goes in the hole in the middle of the rim, on the backside of the rim. it should insert straight into it like a plug and socket.
