CAMBER KIT!!
i have a 95 Honda civic CX HB, i upgraded to 17x7 rims and i have stock suspension and everytime i hit a big bump or take a turn at a decent speed i hear rubbing from the back tires...my tires hit the wheel well, are my rear springs shot? anything i can do to fix this?

i.m gonna assume, because of the post date, that you were stoned. otherwise youdahad the common sense to start your own thread? that said, you sure its the tires rubbing? how hard? can you see a wear spot on the fender/s or tire/s, or on any suspension component? to test your strut damping simply push down on yuor car hard enough to compress springs, it should bounce up, down, then stop. if it goes longer your struts are worn out. as far as springsgo, yours could be fatigue'd. or i read a suggestion to someone earlier about rolling your fenders
